Neck: Wrap the tape measure around the base of your neck, just below your Adam’s apple, keep one finger between the tape measure and your neck, Ensure that it’s comfortably snog, then measure at the point of overlap.

Chest: Warp the tape measure around your chest at its fullest part, just beneath your armpits, keep your body relax and ensure that the tape measure is level all the way around from the floor; Keep two finger between the tape measure and your chest make sure it's comfortably snug, then measure at the point of overlap.

Stomach: Wrap the tape measure around your stomach in line with your stomach button.Ensure that the tape measure is level all the way around from the floor, and keep your body relax. Keep one finger between the tape measure and your stomach make sure it's comfortably snug, then measure at the point of overlap.

Shoulder: Identify the bones at the top edge of each shoulder. Measure from bone to bone, over the natural slope of your shoulder. Ensure that tape measure should touch the Seventh cervical vertebra.

Back width: Keep your arms relaxed along your side, place the tape measure at the back of your right armpit continue across your shoulder blade, then measure the point at the back of your left armpit.
“Do not measure under the arms”.

Top Shoulder: Place the tape measure at the base of your neck, measure to the edge of your shoulder bone.

Arm: Relax your arm along your side, measure the arm length in two steps. Place the tape measure at the edge of your shoulder point and measure to the elbow, hold the tape measure there and continue along your arm, then measure at the point in line with the first knuckle of your thumb.

Bicep: Relax your arms along your side, wrap the tape measure around your bicep at its fullest part, and keep one finger between the tape measure and your arm, then measure at the point of overlap.

Jacket Length: Place the tape measure at the base of your neck at your C-7 vertebra” straight down following your natural spine curve, then measure at the end of your tile-bone this length for the mess kit, If you prefer a longer tonic jacket, adjust this measurement to the point just passing your buttock.

Waist: Ensure that your pants are sitting at the level of your hips where you prefer your pants to rest normally, then slide your pants down half an inch; to make room for the tape measure! Pretend that the tape measure is the actual waistline of your pants, keep one finger between the tape measure and your body, and ensure that it's comfortably snug, then measure at the point of overlap.
Please note that your natural waistline may not be the same waistline on the pants you're wearing.

Seat: Wrap the tape measure around your hips/ seat at its “widest and fullest part”. Ensure that the tape measure is level all the way around from the floor, keep one finger between the tape measure and your body, and ensure that it's comfortably snug, then measure at the point of overlap.

Crotch/ U- Rise: Ensure to keep the pants’ waist to the level of your hips where you prefer your pants to rest normally.Place the tape measure at the top edge of the back waistline at its centre point, then run the tape measure as a “U” shape underneath the crotch to the centre point at the top edge of your front waistline, and measure the point that tape measure meet the top edge of your waistline. Adjust the tape measure to the appropriate level of snugness.

Thigh: Wrap the tape measure around your thigh, at its fullest part, just below the crotch. Ensure that the tape measure is level all the way around from the floor, keep one finger between the tape measure and your thigh and ensure that it's comfortably snug, then measure at the point of overlap.

Knee: Wrap the tape measure around your knee cap at its widest part. Ensure that the tape measure is level all the way around from the floor, keep one finger between the tape measure and your knee cap, and then measure at the point of overlap.

Inseam: Ensure to keep the pants’ waist to the level of your hips where you prefer your pants to rest normally, and make sure to stand straight. Place the tape measure at the point where the 4 seams joining on the crotch continue along the seam down to the leg, then measure the point where the heel touches the floor.

Out Seam:Ensure to keep the pants’ waist to the level of your hips where you prefer your pants to rest normally, and make sure to stand straight. Place the tape measure at the top edge of your pants’ waistline on the side seam and continue down to the leg, then measure the point where the heel touches the floor.
